4月18日—20日，香港Web3.0 Festival期间，CDDJAP 2026 Spring Cohort第三期活动圆满举行。本次活动为期两天，以“build and invest in agent and it’s infra”为主题，通过主题分享、圆桌论坛、项目拆解以及Demo Day等形式，深度聚焦Web3.0与AI创新融合发展。
一、一场没有观众，但火花四溅的圆桌对话
4月18日上午，对话以越洋连线的形式开展，Taoz Capital创始合伙人Patric Liu、L2Y Fund及AI算力界创始人Lester Li、Sunday Adventure Studio创始人James Zhao、Openschool 合伙人ShawnG、CDDJAP合伙人Seven Guo以及FinTax创始人Calix Liu、OnUs创始人Dennis Shi、TradeOS 亚太市场负责人Hemmo、RealID 创始人Wenric Qi、On Nexus创始人Jem Lin和MythLabs创始人Jeremy Zhou共同探讨AI大时代下的创业与投资方法论，并提供以下观点：
1、投资决策的核心逻辑
1）关于赛道选择
- 优先看长期价值：聚焦十年维度能留存、占据行业80%以上市值的主赛道（如AI的算法/算力/硬件，Crypto的比特币/公链/算力/交易所/稳定币），而非短期炒作的“一波流”赛道；
- 关注核心驱动力（driver）：判断项目是否有强驱动力，如大模型是国家主权级资产、技术门槛极高；Agent解决了互联网无法实现的“行动（action）”问题，2024年是布局Agent的最佳窗口期；
- 市值增量对比：AI过去五年市值增量达7万亿美金，未来5-10年预计新增10-15万亿美金，是Crypto（预计新增2-3万亿美金）的5倍，资本倾向选择增量更大的赛道。
2）关于早期项目评判
- 壁垒：是否具备大模型难以替代的壁垒，垂直赛道的小数据场景壁垒；
- 需求与场景：垂直赛道需求是否足够深入，商业化分发能力、落地可能性；
- 团队/能力：“办成事的能力”，以及是否能在主赛道长期深耕（愿意“卷十年”）；
- 估值：参考同类赛道成熟企业估值（如大模型厂商类比云厂商估值），把控投资成本。
2、Agent（智能体）赛道核心看点
1）终极方向是AGI（通用人工智能），OpenAI的新突破让大模型具备“执行/调动”能力，接近AGI的“最后一公里”；
2）关键能力：长周期上下文记忆（可持续数年）、自动化执行与自学习（错误反馈后迭代）、数据脱敏与合规可控（结合人类社会规则设定边界）；
3）行业现状：当前量化交易等领域仍依赖“人在回路（human in the loop）”操作，已陷入内卷；具备自主记忆、迭代、调用大模型能力的Agent是新范式，但存在“盈利后是否开放”的商业选择问题。
3、Crypto与AI的跨界思考
1）转型逻辑：Crypto从业者转向AI，核心是看中AI更大的市值增量，且Crypto行业的周期经验（分辨主赛道/短期热点）可复用至AI领域；
2）结合点：Crypto+AI的炒作趋势集中在AI+支付、AI+虚拟人等方向；Web3可作为AI资产发行、炒作的路径，Agent赛道也可结合Web3实现新生产力突破；
3）经验复用：任何新行业前十名的公司/资产会拿走50%以上利润，投资上可等待核心资产暴跌时布局；创业上可选择挑战龙头的方向，或成为主赛道龙头的生态合伙人。
4、针对财税合规软件场景
1）A(agent)-as-a service已经不是趋势，而是一种现实，AaaS将根据场景的数据化程度逐渐取代SaaS；
2）尽管在财务、税务等专业化程度非常高的场景下，Agent还远远不能取代专业人员的直接参与，但按照“从简单到复杂，从新场景到全场景”的路径也会推进很快；
3）近年来，在加密资产合规化浪潮兴起的趋势下，来自政府层面的监管要求如CARF（Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework，OECD 推出的全球加密税务监管标准）等为加密资产的财务及税务合规提供了刚性需求，同时区块链公开可见、透明防篡改的数据结构又为在该领域实现自动化和智能化升级提供了坚实的数据基础；
4）基于以上逻辑，不仅加密资产相关的财税服务形态，还是传统产业的财务、会计和税务的服务形态都将因为Agent的出现而迎来深度的变革。
二、五位嘉宾接力，呈现一场覆盖产业全链路的思维盛宴
4月18日下午，Asia Openclaw Community创始人Bruce、Copilot Venture Studio合伙人David Yang、L2Y Fund合伙人Lester Li、Cudis首席营销官Dirk Yuan等行业专家通过主题分享的形式，奉献关于AI和Web3.0的前沿洞察与实践经验。
1、Openclaw与Token工厂——开源Agent运动如何重塑AI价值分配结构
Bruce是一名资深的技术开发人员，也是一名连续创业者，他通过一次聚会听到OpenClaw这个产品后就按照技术说明进行了安装，在亲自体验了OpenClaw的强大功能之后，即迅速发起成立了Asia Openclaw Community，之后分别在香港、上海、东京等地组织、参与了以OpenClaw为主题的社区聚会，并和OpenClaw创始人Peter Steinberger直接进行了交流。
Bruce提供如下主要观点：
• OpenClaw 在 GTC （英伟达每年举办的GPU Technology Conference）完成成人礼，从社区项目一步跃升为 AI 基础设施，这不是产品升级，是身份革命；
• 从Openclaw引发的社会热潮可以看出，AI 需求根本不是 Chat 聊天，而是Agent 后台常驻、持续循环、永不停止的任务执行，Token 消耗从线性变成黑洞式爆发，推理彻底吞下主战场；
• 算力不再只有云端，本地、边缘、企业、数据中心四层全面激活，数据中心就是Token 工厂，电力、散热、算力密度决定生死。阿里直接成立 ATH 事业群，把Token 变成核心经营资产，打通创造、输送、应用全链路，用组织重构抢跑 Token 经济；
• 在此背景下，软件行业将彻底改写。SaaS 席位制将面临崩盘，AaaS 智能体服务接管一切，OpenClaw 已经不是可选项，是每家公司的必答题，窗口期很短，先布局先吃结构红利。
2、 AI时代投资认知与方法论
L2Y Fund及AI算力界创始人Lester Li结合自己源于Web3.0而又All in AI的投资经历，针对经济环境、产业趋势以及个人特质参与产业投资的不同路径进行分享。Lester Li以“ AI时代投资认知与方法论”为题，并直接阐明了自己心目中关于AI时代财富的本质：
• “选对万亿赛道+长期持有龙头，比任何技巧都更赚钱”，用认知碾压情绪，用被动投资战胜99%主动操作；
• Lester Li指出伟大赛道提供了10年布局期，无需焦虑短期涨跌，投资只抓两件事——“万亿赛道+顶级CEO”即可，AI时代的投资无非就是，紧盯算力芯片、大模型、AI硬件三大黄金方向，AI头部格局已定，80%龙头已现，越早重仓越占先机；
• AI时代首先要认准“AI不可逆的铁律”，以此为前提，投资上坚持“牛市深耕研究、崩盘果断出手”，80%资金锁死核心龙头长期不动，不择时、不追热点、不频繁操作；
• 即使是非技术人群也有四条参与路径：持有龙头、加入巨头、自主创业、绑定生态，匹配自身禀赋即可上车；
• 大模型终局是“AI自迭代，企业必须死磕模型智能上限，战略错位再努力也无用；AI不是风口，是新时代的铸币权，抓住就是一代人的财富机遇。
3、区块链与万物——加密市场范式转移与未来机会
Copilot Venture Studio合伙人David Yang职业生涯长期聚焦投资业务，投资领域更是经历了从TMT到Web3.0，再到AI的持续迭代。基于投资机构的视角，David Yang分享以下观点：
• 区块链发展进入Web4.0新阶段，从BTC、ETH、Web3.0演进到“AI驱动的Web4.0”，实现人机共生、链上链下融合的智能自治网络；比特币与传统资产相关性先升后降，避险属性回归，1%-3%配置可优化组合收益；
• 加密市场完成范式转移，金融本质是流动性游戏，资金从BTC流向创新赛道；Web3具备科技+金融双重属性，去中心化平台效率、成本、社区激励显著优于中心化机构；
• 稳定币与RWA是最大红利，稳定币补足加密世界货币属性，私人稳定币成主流，“混合货币时代”到来；资产上链（RWA）当前渗透率不足0.1%，2030年有望达10%-15%，是继货币化、证券化后的新一轮百倍红利；
• AI+区块链+IoT构建可编程社会，区块链助力AI分布式算力与数据市场，落地环保、能源、供应链等多场景，最终走向AI自治网络（AIDao）；
• 加密VC遭遇系统性失效，一级市场融资暴跌、BTC虹吸资金、叙事驱动逻辑破产；应用层陷入虚假繁荣，旧模式因“流动性枯竭、退出通道堵死、估值倒挂”全面失灵；
• 新投资逻辑：从投机到价值投资，放弃叙事炒作，转向“收入为王、现金流驱动”；核心看真实收入、价值积累、时间检验，聚焦稳定币、RWA、Crypto+AI三大黄金赛道；
• “机构化+AI智能体资本”的新组合将成为主流，AI Agent主导投资（DeFAI），Agentic Capital成为终极形态，具备自主性、资产化、链上原生、收入驱动特征，市场向头部优质资产集中。
4、范式转移与web3投资推演
Sunday Adventure Studio创始人James Zhao是区块链早起阶段车库咖啡北美分站的组织者，也是Draper University的早期学员，长期活跃于中美两地科技及投资领域，在题为《范式转移与 Web3 投资推演》的分享中，他提供了以下观点：
• AI Agent不再是人类的“锤子”，而是能自主赚钱、交易、结算的“木匠”，赚钱主体从人变为非人类智能，彻底颠覆传统商业逻辑；
• 真Agent四大标准：有记忆、不睡觉、有主见、有钱包，核心分水岭是“独立结算能力”，没有钱包与自主收付的AI只是实习生，无法形成商业闭环；
• Web3是Agent的唯一基础设施，传统金融不适配机器身份与高频交易，Web3是“机器银行”，具备秒级开户、7×24运行、零摩擦结算优势，是Agent生存的必然选择；
• Agent的全新估值体系：ASV x ACP x AET，其中，ASV意为Agent Sovereign Value，指Agent的自主生存能力，即是否基于去中心化网络运营、不依赖平台，是否能独立存活？ACP意为Agent Coordination Power，指机器间的网络效应；而AET则意为Agent Economic Throughput, 指Agent的经济吞吐量，包括资金流水与交易规模；三者乘数效应决定真实价值，缺一不可；
• 硅基经济将超越碳基经济，Agent可无限复制、7×24运行，刚需是算力/带宽/存储，交易毫秒级高频，Agent GDP规模将远超人类GDP，2027-2028年迎来交易笔数与总价值双超越；
• 商业组织与金融系统重构，传统公司因高摩擦被瓦解，智能合约+机器钱包实现瞬时协作与分润；传统支付系统物理性坍缩，高性能Web3链成为唯一解决方案；
• 人类的终极定位：股东+掌控者，人类只需持有底层资产做股东，用密码学掌控“电闸”，无需参与执行；
• Token演进四阶段：从投机到社会契约，按照从黄金（投机）→公交票（Gas费）→数字身份证（信任）→社会契约（底层规则）的递进顺序，Token体系最终成为机器世界的隐形操作系统。
• 投资终极结论：投基建不投应用，放弃应用层博弈，重仓支撑硅基经济的结算层、算力层、协议层**，掌握新经济体的“收税权”，做“筑路人”而非“淘金者”。
